One thing I have noticed in the music industry is that the majority of those who have passion to be in the music business have now knowledge of what it takes to protect themselves and succeed. They do not get to hear from the ones that are truly movers and shakers in the business. I am not talking about that artist that was found in the mall, signed to a deal, and the rest is history. Only to find out that he or she has been in the business for years and has a family member that put them on when they were young. No not those.

I am talking about the entertainment lawyers, A&Rs, managers, DJs, program directors, CEOs of record labels. Those are the movers and shakers that make things happen for these "overnight success stories".

My goal here is to empower and connect those in the music business and keep them up to date on the ever changing industry.

And by the way, we will hear some great music from some highlighted artist that are members of the group. It still is all about promotion.
